Privacy Policy

What we collect

At sign-up: business name, email, phone and the administrator's name. During use: call data that the subscriber manages inside their dashboard (callers' names and numbers if they enter them, recordings, durations).

How we use it

To run the service, to send subscription and invoice notices, and for technical support. We do not sell your data.

Data separation

Every subscriber gets an independent copy and a private database, and no subscriber can see another's data. Our support team may enter a subscriber's dashboard to solve a problem, and this is recorded in the activity log.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept during the subscription and for a limited time after it ends. A subscriber may ask for deletion through the contact page.

Security

Passwords are hashed, connections use HTTPS and sessions are protected. No system is absolutely secure, and we notify affected people if an incident touches their data.
